Topic- British subcultures

Type of documentary- Mixed documentary

Style of documentary- Informal and informative

Channel and Scheduling- From out primary research we have decided on Channel 4 because that was the most watched channel by our target audience. Also we will broadcast our documentary after 9pm.

Target audience- Late teenagers, young adults. 16-24 male and female. People who are interested in subcultures.

Primary research needed- Interviewees: Jon Robinson, Liam Roughley, Hollie Mathews, Ian Watt, Niki Turner, Harley Minnis, Emma-Infinities.
Locations: Matt's room for Jon's interview, Outside flats for Hollie's interview, On a motorbike for Ian's interview, Skate park for Harley's interview, Designer shop for Emma's interview.

Props- Music posters, football memorbilia, designer clothes for Jon. The flats for Hollie's interview. Motorbike for Ian's interview. Skateboards for Harley's interview. Designer shop for Emma's interview.

Secondary research needed- Archive material: Awaydays, Quadraphenia, Devil wears Prada, This is England, News footage, Music videos, CCTV, Internet, TV show footage- British Style Genius.
Music: Skinhead-Romper stomper, Missing Andy-Indie kid, Missing Andy-We're made in England, Whetus-Teenage dirtbag, My Chemical Romance-Teenagers, Jimmy James-Fashionista, Shontelle-Tshirt.

Relevant documents-Magazines: NME, VOGUE, GQ.
Newspapers: Stories from various papers.

Narrative structure- Closed narrative structure- definate ending.

Outline of content- Interviews, Archive material, Music, Cutaways and Voiceovers.

Resource requirements- Camera, Tripod, Microphone, Photoshop, Adobe, Windows movie maker, Dictaphone, Stills camera.
